Frequently Asked Questions
What is hypnotherapy? Hypnosis is an effective therapy to change patterns of behaviour that no longer benefit you. Hypnosis is a natural human experience of selective focus. In hypnotic therapy you can access and reframe subconscious beliefs and release emotions from a place of safety.

What are my rates? My rate depends on the session length. The first hypnotherapy session is usually 2 hours. Subsequent sessions are 1.5 hours.

Is hypnotherapy possible by video conferencing? Yes!
To be certain of an adequate Internet connection, I recommend that we meet online using Zoom for the initial, free consultation.

SPECIALTIES
I am certified in Past Life Regression. Age Regression and Past Life Regression allow the subconscious mind to discover and release the cause of a problem. The imagination, within the domain of the subconscious, can be used to journey beyond space and time.

With hypnosis, you can also journey into the future to create the life you prefer. This does not mean that by imagining you are indulging in fantasy. The imagination is a resource of the inner mind. It allows us to form images and symbols that emerge from memory, experience, knowledge, intuition, and insight.

I am certified in Hypnosis for Pain Relief. Pain is a perception that can be altered in hypnosis. Using self-hypnosis, you can be in charge of the degree of discomfort and how you respond to it. Hypnosis for chronic pain is non-addictive and does not result in unwanted side effects. Go to clinical research about hypnosis for pain here.

Hypnosis can help with dental issues:
  • Gagging, nausea, excess saliva, and fear of needles or blood
  • TMJ, tongue thrusting, teeth grinding, thumb sucking
  • Compliance with wearing dentures or dental appliances
